"We had a fantastic stay( at this home—highly recommend! The place is spacious with plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably. The backyard is beautiful and so relaxing; we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the fresh air.
The host clearly goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Everything was thoughtfully prepared: fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and even beach towels and supplies since the beach is just a short drive away. We arrived during some chilly weather, and the heated pool was an amazing surprise it was perfect for warming up!
The kitchen is incredible, well-equipped, and the little coffee station was a highlight for me every morning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Great value for the price too. We'd love to come back thank you to our wonderful hosts!"

This place was truly wonderful, and I wish we would have had more time to enjoy all that was available (bikes, outside games, inside games, etc.) - I took advantage of the hot tub, but just did not have enough time for the "exercise side" - LOL. We were there to mostly eat and drink throughout the greater Tampa area (Clearwater, St. Pete, Bradenton of course, Sarasota, and Tampa). While we WERE there, we enjoyed the fantastic coffee station, and the multiple TVs. Everything and anything we needed was available to us, and if we could not find something, Daniel was very quick to reply via e-mail. I appreciated the fact that there was a Wii available for kids (if we were traveling with kids) as well as a small library with plenty of places to sit. I wish we would have taken advantage of the fire pit but that just didn't happen this trip. I would totally stay here again. I also appreciated the thoughtfulness of the decor, and just the overall organization of everything, in every room. 5+

So comfortable and quit and clean!! We will be booking again for next year! We have always stayed at a hotel in Sarasota but staying at this home was beyond our expectations!! It gave us an opportunity to explore!

The property was exactly as listed and perfect for our needs. Daniel was an exceptional host that communicated clearly and was very responsive the couple of times we had questions.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay!! We felt right at home and everything we needed! We had so much to do around us and easy access to everything we wanted to do! Short drive to beaches and nice bike ride to the river! We look forward to staying again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean, and the bed was easily one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in at an Airbnb. Daniel was an outstanding host. His communication was great always quick and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent home to spend some days with your family or friends. The house is located at a very nice neighborhood, near tge beach, and other stores around.
Very comfortable, I had a great time with my family, and we were very happy to had the opportunity to share such a good time in that home.

We went for a family wedding and my niece’s birthday at the beach. The house was perfect for our group of 10, the pool was clean and backyard was cozy, the kids had a great time hanging out by the pool. Lots of space in the yard for the dogs to run. The kitchen had all the essentials. The house was in the perfect spot, 15 min to Anna Maria Island and less than 10 min to Pier 22 (wedding location). Danny, the host, was really helpful and gave clear instructions for checking in and check out, would definitely stay here again.
